ISML 2011 Preliminary Period, Phase III

Phase III is a free-for-all-style tournament involving pools of eight Candidates in each round.
Voters may select up to three Candidates in each pool during voting.
In Round 1, 112 Candidates are shuffled into fourteen pools.
The top five Candidates in each pool (plus two more) advance to Round 2.
In Round 2, 72 Candidates are shuffled into nine pools.
The top five Candidates in each pool (plus three more) advance to Round 3.
In Round 3, 48 Candidates are shuffled into six pools.
The top three Candidates in each pool advance to the Regular Season.

Vote maps will not be available during Phase III.
The two Candidates indicated in blue also advance to Round 2 by having the highest voting percentages among losing competitors.
